Quorum charges nothing to authors and nothing to readers, and it never will. Publishing is paid for with peer review. The servers are paid for with donations.
Make a gift
We are setting up a gift fund so that donations are received and receipted by a trusted institution. The donation link will appear here as soon as the fund is open. Until then, you can support the journal the way that matters most: review for it.
Where the money goes
Running an automated journal is cheap. These are the expected yearly costs. We will publish the actual figures, income and spending, once a year.

What donations never buy
A gift has no effect on anything editorial. Donors get no faster review, no credits and no say over decisions, and reviewers never know who gave. The review economy and the funding are kept fully separate.
Other ways to help
- Review. Every review keeps the journal running and earns you a publishing credit.
- Ask your library or department to sponsor a year of running costs.
