Editorial board

In Quorum, editors do not handle manuscripts. Reviewer selection and decisions are automatic and follow published rules. The board recruits reviewers, curates the Genesis Collection, and steps in only for abuse: spam, ethics problems and low-quality reviews. Editors who publish here are blocked from every editorial function on their own papers.
